Gwyneth Paltrow admits to enjoying a glass of vino

Former health freak Gwyneth Paltrow has revealed that she loves most to relax with a glass of wine.

Actress sliding doors can follow macrobiotic diet, which cut all sugar, coffee, alcohol and dairy products. The 38-year-old is now saying that after she gets the kids to bed, she likes to put their feet and enjoy a glass of vino.

Writing in his newsletter Goop, "she said," On some nights, when the children are asleep and I are in the evening, is one of my favorite things to sit with my laptop and a glass of wine.
