A fabulous faux peacock Christmas tree at the home of Tory Burch.

Tory Burch's red lacquered dining room is certainly a perfect setting for the holidays. I much prefer the chairs slipcovered above in purple velvet banded in red - much more fun than the striped upholstery. Purple and red are a great combination - very underutilized.

Everyone loved this Tory Burch table below all ready for the holidays. Here is another look into the same fabulous orange lacquered library with more great ideas for holiday decorating. Note how great a deep coral red goes with orange.

A gorgeous idea for setting the Christmas table - Imari vases filled with hot pink flowers and orange berries. I love the mix here of oranges and purples and hot pink - who says the table has to have red and green?

Christmas decorating Tory Burch style - an orange lacquered library gets dressed up for the holidays with a round library table skirted in purple festooned in coral red stripes and coral red bullion fringe and a magnificent Chinese ginger jar filled with coral red branches. This is a great tip - I am not a big red person myself and use instead in my own home a deep coral with pink and orange undertones for holiday decorating.
